HDD Outlook: Poor (supply HDD to WD, Toshiba, and indirectly to Seagate.) However, AI and Cloud Computing prefer SSD over HDD for much faster data read/write speeds, is crucial for AI tasks and real-time cloud computing.
Automotive Outlook: Weak. Is supplying parts for EVs and other braking systems to customer in South Korea. Affected by US China trade war.
EMS : Unknown customer. May be affected by US China trade war and America First.
New business proposal : Aluminium extrusion in china, targeting RM500m revenue from this by FY2025. (my crystal ball is telling me, to delay it til 2026. !!!China just announce that it will end tax rebates on exports of aluminium semi-manufactured products!!!)
Historical Failure: Struggled post-pandemic, PPE losses hit hard in FY2023.
