Just be careful as it's a probable event as economic slowdown coerces property Co. to drop prices/profit margins. Expect 6- 6.5c Qeps and you should be able to calc what's a good entry

property segment profit is 130M-140M per quarter (>80%)

Further drop in plastic packaging should have very small effect on overall profit of corp

Smc. Your calc is a little off. Looking at past 11 Qeps, it's betw 123m to 141m per Qtr.
Based on yr 80% rule, prop Dev profit is 98-113m per Qtr (Qeps 6.3-7.3c max). If based on latest Qeps 123m, 80% is 98m from prop Dev which would be 6.3c from property side alone
