The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities on 13 September 2024, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date. The notice of allotment for the Bonus Shares will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of SCRB at the address as per the Record of Depositors within 4 market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
