(Unless otherwise stated, the defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders of XLHB dated 20 August 2024 in relation to the Bonus Shares).
The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 30 September 2024, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.
The notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares will be issued and dispatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of XLHB within 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. Entitled Shareholders are not required to take any action.
