The Abridged Prospectus and the accompanying Notice of Provisional Allotment and the Rights Subscription Form relating to the Rights Issue (collectively referred to as the "Documents") will only be despatched to Shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 23 October 2024 ("Entitlement Date") ("Entitled Shareholders") who have provided our share registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, with a registered address in Malaysia in writing not later than 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
