The Board of Directors of CHGP (“the Board”) wishes to announce that BKG Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“Purchaser”) has on 29 August 2025 entered into a share sale agreement (“SSA”) with PP Chin Hin Realty Sdn Bhd (“Vendor” or “PPCHR”) to acquire 9,625,000 ordinary shares in Sunrich Victory Sdn Bhd (“Target Company”) (“Sale Shares”), representing 55% equity interest in Target Company, for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Nine Million and Three Hundred Seventy Four Thousand and Seven Hundred Fifty (RM9,374,750.00) only (“Purchase Consideration”) (hereinafter referred to as “Proposed Acquisition”).
