Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) and Practice Note No. 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of PGB wishes to announce the aggregate amount of moneylending business provided by PGB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, JCCW Capital Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 30 June 2025.
