Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and pursuant to the existing shareholders' mandate obtained on 5 June 2024, the Board of Directors of CTOS Digital Berhad ("CTOS") wishes to announce that the aggregated actual value of the RRPTs between CTOS and/or its subsidiaries and Creador has exceeded the aggregated estimated value of the RRPTs disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 30 April 2024 by more than ten percent (10%). The details of the said RRPT is as described in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 19 March 2025.
