We refer to GCB's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 26 February 2025 and 27 February 2025 respectively pursuant to the special single-tier dividend 1.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024 (“Special Dividend”).
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of GCB-C16. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of GCB-C16 shall remain the same. |
