In accordance with Rule 10.09(2) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“Listing Requirements”), a listed corporation may seek a mandate from its shareholders for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“RRPTs”) subject to the conditions as set out therein.

In this regard, on behalf of the Board of Directors of LSH Capital, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 19 March 2025 resolved to grant LSH Capital an extension of time until the next annual general  meeting (AGM) or first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) after the Transfer of Listing Date (which is set to be on 21 March 2025), whichever is held earlier, to obtain shareholders’ ratification and mandate for the RRPTs.

Notwithstanding the above, LSH Capital is required to comply with the disclosure obligations pursuant to Rule 10.09(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements in relation to RRPTs from the Transfer of Listing Date until the shareholders’ ratification is obtained.
