The Board of Directors of Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad is pleased to declare an interim single-tier dividend of RM0.0067 per ordinary share amounting to approximately RM5.62 million in respect of the financial year ending 30 September 2025 (“Dividend”), with entitlement date of 8 April 2025 and payment date of 18 April 2025.  

For the avoidance of doubt, the interim single-tier dividend of RM0.0067 per ordinary share is computed based on the enlarged number of issued shares of the Company of 838,360,208 ordinary shares post completion of the public offering which is undertaken in conjunction with the Company’s transfer of listing from the LEAP Market to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. All shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company on 8 April 2025 will be entitled to the Dividend.
