The Board of Directors of PeterLabs wishes to announce that its subsidiary, Osmosis Nutrition Sdn. Bhd., had on 11 April 2025 entered into a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with De Harbour Sdn. Bhd. for the disposal of a unit of 3-Storey Semi Detached Office Block cum Factory Unit identified as Lot No. 38, Type Starhill, Excellent Technology Park erected on a piece of freehold land held under Individual Title H.S.(D) 151557, PT No. 69941, in the Mukim of Kapar, District of Klang and State of Selangor Darul Ehsan measuring in area approximately 2,031.22 square metres and bearing postal address of No. 38, Lorong Sungai Puloh 1A/KU 6, Kawasan Perindustrian Sungai Puloh, 42100 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan at a total consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Seven Million Two Hundred Twenty Thousand (RM7,220,000.00) only, under the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA.
