The Board of Directors of PeterLabs wishes to announce that Messrs. TGS TW PLT (202106000004 (LLP0026851-LCA) & AF002345) (TGS) has tendered its resignation as the external auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries with immediate effect.
TGS has informed that their resignation is due to the change in the Company’s financial year end from December to June and TGS has cited resource constraints and indicated that they are unable to meet the Group’s stringent reporting timeline.
The resignation of the external auditor will not have any financial impact on the Company.
