We refer to the Company’s earlier announcements in relation to the SCR. Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the High Court has on 23 May 2025 granted an order confirming the reduction of the share capital of the Company under Section 116 of the Act to give effect to the SCR (“High Court Order”).
Following the above, NPC will lodge an office copy of the sealed High Court Order with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act (“Lodgement”) in due course. The SCR will become effective upon the Lodgement (“Effective Date”).
For the avoidance of doubt, the Effective Date shall be on the same day as the Entitlement Date, which will be announced in due course.
