tuan rahman, sebab jaks propose rights issue. Right issue ni ialah unit saham baru yg compny offer utk beli dgn harga lebih murah. Biasanya dia negative factor, sebab saham right issue ni lagi murah, juga dia akan dilute keuntungan syarikat, sebab lebih banyak unit saham dgn keuntungan syarikat sama, jadi harga semasa akan jatuh.
