Great news! REHDA Datuk Soem confirmed that PM is likely to announce some incentives for the property sector next Friday. The review of RPGT, LTV, foreign buyer threshold and reintroduction of stamp duty waiver will be a booster for property market.

hoc is good news. but who is gonna buy properties in times like this except the top few % that has loads of cash to leverage with banks for a loan. u go bank want a loan now, they will want to see ur cash first. same thing happen 2013 to 2014 when the property bubble burst.
