In view of the extension of the CMCO which is beyond the Company’s control and the SC Guidance, the Company, after due consideration, wishes to inform Shareholders that the adjourned EGM which was scheduled to be held on 3 June 2020 as a physical meeting shall be deferred to a later date and the Company will issue a new notice and make an announcement in due course to inform the Shareholders of the place, date, and time of the adjourned EGM and the lodging of proxy forms for the meeting.
