normally if a stock have pa, ca, wa, the value to convert must high more than mother share, but the value pa arbb to convert is only 0.19, lower than mother share, that means the boss only want to attract investor buy 'pa' to convert mother to get the cash money
but if i see history of the chart pattern ,this company share pattern always like this... that mean maybe it will go back until 0.50
remember history always repeat itself
Fan Hao, as my understanding warrant or PA not necessary the conversion price must higher than the mother share. There are many reasons and interpretation of the price gap between PA/warrant and mother share, not only as what you said and interpreted. It is misleading if we interpret it only from one angle.
The PA/warrant have their own price fluctuation to adjust the gap of its conversion price and mother share price as well. Merely focus on conversion price is not correct to me.
Even a PA/warrant price + its conversion price is lower than mother share price, you can say investors not feel good on company future growth or you can say actually the particular PA/warrant is undervalued now, depends on how you judge the company performance and future growth potential.
Venice, if you a boss & u looking good ur company and share, definitely u will put high value to convert in pa or wa, coz u believe it will reach to high
