Sorry, I didn’t explain. If the ex date is 27, you should buy on 26. On 27, your purchase share will be registered. Then you will get the dividend. If you notice, yesterday(26/3), the closing price was 12.76, today when open the price starts from 12.52. The counter automatically deduct the dividend amount of RM0.23.
