The proposal is very hard to understand and i have to read few times only able to understand. There was no share dilution as what we normally understand happened (through private placement or stock splits). GP sold (or swap with MTNs) the remaining WeBe to TM with RM63.1m and saving annual finance/ interest fees of RM14.9m based on MTNs subscribed by TM (through Mobikom). The Star daily have a good write up on this matter. (https://www.thestar.com.my/business/business-news/2020/07/27/green-packet-sells-webe-stake). I saw (through their comments in this site) many investors dumping their share holding after the EGM on this matter was past which should be a very good news to GP but might be wrongly interpreted by those investors.

I also don’t goreng stocks, I will gather all the information first, if the possibility against me, I won’t enter, unless I am very sure the probabilities is in favour of me and the ‘edge’ is on my side, then only I enter.

This few days I will concentrate on Bjland,I think something is on, you go read through Bjland’s announcement, I think you can find something is on. Redtone is buying Bjland’s shares.
This deal between TM and GP is definitely got something to do with GP future corporate development as we need to ponder why TM currently is willing to accept a losing end deal while GP is at advantage , I guess is something to do with the collaboration between GP and tencent in near future as ccpuan has strong networking in China and may be TM will be benefited later on with this collaboration, just share some thought and conspiracy theory in this deal....
