Just bought some @ 0.825, waiting for dividend RM0.153 ex-date on 12/8/2020. Yummy! One of the best reit stock! Good fundamentals, acquired Aeon Mall Kinta City which is still a robust one-stop shopping mall in Ipoh, with lots of neighbouring tamans, such as Bercham, Ipoh Garden, Tambun, Gunung Rapat etc.
