Further to the announcements dated 16 July 2020 and 30 July 2020 in relation to the HOA for the Proposed Corporate Exercise, the Board of Directors of Ancom Logistics Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that on 1 September 2020, the Company entered into an Offer to Purchase Agreement ("OTP") with S7 Holdings Sdn Bhd.



Further details of the OTP and the salient terms are in the document attached.
