Though there is no dividend, I mean if x50 is the potential and the growth engine moving forward, why do they dispose the shares at this point in time and not wait for the price to rise before doing that?

EPF not 1 person make decision, like you and me sit in front of computer. Got a few comittee to decide and a few teams (fund managers) to execute. So sometimes, 1 team sell and another buy. Not playing contra, but looks like it. Maybe some comittee decision has not been revised, target price set low based on previous opinion. Sometimes sell based on redistribution of funds into different sectors as requested by comittee. Not a clear cut case.
