Ex date is 14/12, I think the last day to buy should before this date 13/12, cos is Saturday, then should be on friday, correct me if I m wrong

You missed that dividend, however ex date of dividend wil reduce the opening price of the share means you could buy at a lower price, provided the superb result don't push the open price to sky level :-)
