We refer to the announcement dated 19 February 2021 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the said announcement.

Following the payment of the Balance Purchase Price, the Company is pleased to announce the early completion of the Proposed Acquisition.
