美国的 0.0016 or 0.16% 的 malaysia normal trade vol .可以影响这里的市场 ？？ 那genting ADR 7.31 , 为何 这里 5 左右 ？？ 看来很多人 又要被那些 已经被套的人 骗进去 了

ADR 流动性不好，会有很高溢价，像云顶ADR，如果马来西亚是现在的RM5.13,那么ADR应该是6.24USD才合理，整整一块美金溢价。而且2者不像ETF酱有无风险套利空间，价差太大就会有投资者arbitrage回近正常值致无套利空间。Bank of New York Mellon为topglove ADR发行商，ADR应该不公开市场给机构投资者arbitrage.
