The Death Threat from a Former Independent Director
A former director of the company namely Hasman Yusri bin Yusoff (“Hasman”) had issued a
death threat to one of the executive directors of the company. Hasman had sent a text message
to the executive director, which is reproduced as follows:
“Dear…, Im giving you a notice to behave yourself. Im not hesitate to kill u or bring
you down further. Dont push your f…ing luck. I think now you know my capacity.
Try me, see what I can do. Just be careful.”
The death threat was made on 15.6.2021, after the SC had raided the office of the company (page 5/26)
