Answer is NO..but they will start the game by buying some...and press down the price by day 1 and 2. this will scare all the ikan bili to short sell. that time they will start to grab and collect at the lowest price(they know the counter/sector potential for near term). <= that is where ppl always mention sell on news, is the time banker step in to stir it liao.
