I use PE ratios as my basis to determine the companys growth and PE ratio of VLB still remain between 10 to 15 times can be considered as undervalued company
So my TP will be around 0.50 to 0.700 at this moment.
But it will slowly grow due to high number of shares, but i could assume to be around few weeks to reach ATH.
