I would like to ask about PLintas Income Distribution(Dividend)
Let said... I have 2000 unit x 0.0318 = RM63.60 - 6.36 (10% Withholding Tax)
So, my final receive amount is RM57.24
Am I rite?

0.0318 should be net distribution, if there is any taxation it will be declared upfront clearly just like REIT

business trust is taxed at corporate level, therefore dividends are tax exempt at shareholder level
unlike other retail reits, corporate level is tax exempted when they paid more than 90%, therefore dividends are taxed at shareholder level
