Looks like institutional investors did not take this decision by Capital A seriously. Majority are small investors buying and short term profit takers selling.

William... U r right. All institution investor would have a charter to comply and it means they cannot further buy into any PN17 counter. Whatever they already have (holding since before the Co go into PN17) would just remain in change or may be forced to sell when it breakeven.
