理论上应该是这样，他们是有条件出价Rm11跟我们买，如果他们没有买超过90%, 他们就会把股票退回来给我们。我不会马上接受他们的收购，我会等到他们拿到90%后才考虑要不要卖给他们。

其实你也可以用多余的margin来买 然后hold一个月, 3.7%-0.7%margin 利息 还有risk free 3%,你越迟买，给的利息就越少
