The Group is set to hand over two key projects this financial year: LRT3 and E’Island Lake Haven. Upon completion and certification, RM17.7 million from the LRT3 retention sum will be released, while the handover of E’Island Lake Haven will generate RM74.6 million in gross cashflow from sold units, strengthening the Group’s cashflow and gearing position.
