Additionally, there seems to be synergy in terms of nature of business for sfptech with RPM group. Will be good if the board can provide the progress of the due diligence and potential contributions to Sfptech apart from exposure to developed market such as Korea and US. Best to hear it directly from the board. I am sure there will be lots of questions in the upcoming AGM which is held onsite at Plant 3 itself. Funds/insti have access to the board while retail investors gets to meet them once a year during AGM.

Orders from China dropped significantly due to probably credit control since the COMPANY have to write-off considerably big amount they owed. This also means SFPTech dealt with one intermediary company based in China. This doesnt mean there is no business in China. Its just like any other companies, they need to meet stringent orders before taking new orders from oversea. The company will launch new initiative to get back orders they previously enjoyed.
We will see this in next quarter or two.

Not necessarily, hktee. Can be positive if the BODs provide updates/guidance on business outlook/corporate development. Hopefully there are good questions for the board on Friday. On the flip side, it may not move much if it is just another typical AGM.

Takes time after the damage done in Q4 last year, hktee. As for potential, it should be recovery first and then monitor for growth. Hence, will be holding it unless the fundamentals deteriorates. Hold it together with Mr Lim and the funds/insti inside :)

sga looks good and back to normal range and I am hoping it stays the same for next qtr and onwards for its recovery. The Singapore subsidiary and due diligence on acquisition of RPM will be the potential growth story. It has to translate to orders/revenue in the future. Lastly, Mr Lim is one of the few top 30 shareholders making big moves aka purchase. You can compare his shareholdings in 2023 (30+M) and 2024 (90+M). Not sure why but it's almost 4% now :)

SFP Integration Pte Ltd primary objective as stated in the annual report was to spearhead the business opportunities in the semiconductor wafer fabrication Front-Of-Line (“FOL”) equipment assembly. It is currently led by Henry Lee and Ken Ong; experienced and strong profile. Both of them were recently appointed to be part of Sfptech too back in Mar.

primary selection is based on fundamentals or rather the numbers in the balance sheet, hktee. Will continue to hold as long as there is no deterioration to the fundamentals/variables used. I trade occasionally and use technical analysis for my entries/exits.
