on 10 March 2025 – awarded with contract worth RM21,099,220 to undertake the installation of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system for a Data Centre in Cyberjaya, for one of Malaysia's leading telecommunications companies. Works on the Contracts have commenced and are expected to be completed by 9 January 2026 and 19 October 2025 respectively.
The Contracts are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Company for the financial years ending 30 June 2025 and 30 June 2026.
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Critical M&E Engineering Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had on 14 October 2024, received the award of contracts worth RM62,500,000.00, from IJM Construction Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad, to undertake the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical and electrical services for a new semiconductor plant, for a renowned US-based multinational company, at Batu Kawan Bandar Cassia Technology Park, Prai, Penang (“Contract”).
The aforementioned works are expected to commence on 1 November 2024 and to be completed by 17 August 2025.
The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2025 and 30 June 2026
The Board of Directors of Critical Holdings is pleased to announce that Critical Sales & Services Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 8 August 2025 been awarded with a contract worth RM40,760,939.00, to undertake mechanical and electrical works for a new production floor fit up, including cleanroom architecture and process utilities, from a renowned US based multinational corporation which offers edge AI deployment, that brings deep-learning to device(s) with ultra-low-power neural decision processors and hardware-agnostic machine learning models.
The aforesaid works are expected to commence and complete by 15 August 2025 and 21 November 2025 respectively.
The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.

The Proposed Acquisition will allow for the construction of a new operation office in the future. The new operation office will play a crucial step in fulfilling the Group’s strategic plan to continuously expand and enhance its operational and project management capabilities. The new operation office will be able to serve as a hub to efficiently and effectively manage the increasing volume of the Group’s projects for
various critical facilities.
