Why the company want to sell off the 8 acres of development land in Semenyih land for 2.5 million only? After reading their rationale behind this proposal, I give up. Conclusion is don't invest in a company that cannot do business well.

Terry, many infrastructures are already built and spent there. Selling at such a low price, I don't think it's worth it for the company. The purchaser is reputable in building the Rumah Selangor Ku project. A good example is, you go to Eco Majestic at one of the roundabouts, you can see it, so beautiful and you won't think it Rumah Selangor Ku apartment, furthermore, it is partially furnished and free aircond.
