@yean if you buy 1700 shares of ABMB, will be alloted 100 rights shares. The rights shares you can trade in the open market for one week. After the last day of trading the rights shares will be delisted. After which you are required to pay up RM 3.33 for each 100 shares you buy. You can also buy extra shares from when submitting the payment. But this will not necessarily be approved by Abmb.

Wait till the date, login to rakuten trade website, go portfolio > corporate action. Most likely you get to subscribe there. If not, then need to call customer service.

小白提问：根据之前的annual report，top 30 shareholders 大部分都是私人公司，我认为这是一个风险，他们不像基金那样有cash reserve可以认购这次的right issue，如果他们不认购那么是不是必须减持股票？有没有业内人士分享一下
