以前5块时，每个人说不会跌破4块，跌倒4块就说不会跌破3块，然后跌破2块时maijiushi 就开始套人买高楼，一直跌到75cents 时还是骗人买高和他陪葬，然后一直跌到现在50cents还是要套人买。。。。@maijiushi,投资歪歪，vasabi nancy 老姨 and gang 不要每天想着攻击别的股，你们自己每天亏钱就是因为你们心态不好

业绩比预期来了好，流动资金增到8千万，公司负债下至54巴仙加上债券11亿每股保持在2.08，今年上半年1项合资土地1项广场脱售將取了3亿资金，高昂的利息是公司伪致命伤，公司是有盈利可图。

脱售4项產业和土地取了6亿3千万资金。舒解公司流劝行和还债能力。重量级合资土地都是通过银行取了，所以吗土地都归银行所持，想私呑談向容易。一旦脱售必得到准許和偿还银行债务。
