next QR if got dividend you only get around 1cent. the reason for 1.1 sen dividend for this quarter is to return the profit back to investor before they do private placement which will enlarged the number of share.

Bought lots of assets lately . Cost went up due to acquisition. Doing private placements also cause dilution. Have to be patient. When there is more and more rental income collected due to the increasing assets, the dpu will soon improve and so will the prices.
