因为这笔 不是长期承诺，明年不一定会再给
这次会加特别股息，多少也是因为政府 SARA 津贴 RM100带动消费，99 那季度的业绩 & 现金流真的有明显提升，公司赚多一点，顺便派一点小红包，算合理

但你要看清楚：
99 是一家 高速扩张的公司，一年开几百家店，它是要留大量现金继续滚、继续扩张的，你看它的 PE 就知道市场是把它当成长股，不是高息股

普通股息 = 未来还会派
特别股息 = 这次额外奖励，明年不保证

如果它把 0.0025 直接塞进去普通股息，
以后不派，散户一定说公司“缩水”“派少了”“有问题”
现在分开来派，反而是对散户比较诚实
