询及派息动力能否持续？马学里解释，对比股价，之前1.5仙和现在2.2仙股息，周息率大约在1.5%左右，而基于公司较低的本益比，收益仍属不错。

“若未来趋势不乐观，或土地价格太高，无法做重要投资时，当然会派发更高的股息，但反之，当我认为投资回报潜力高或价格合理，或者看到市场情绪有上升趋势，也可能减少股息（做其他发展投资）。”

不过，他强调，公司会确保纪律股息，确保股息长期稳定。
