不买又觉得公司好像被低估，买了又给少少股息。晕。哈哈哈哈。

看到业绩报告，公司有钱就买地，有钱就继续发展，股息虽然少少，但真的被低估了，可是未来潜能要等机会爆发才可以。比如说股票数量有更多的流通性，基金才会买入，或是派息更大方一点也可以让股价有一点催化的作用。

另外，优宾在2024财年派发每股2.2仙的股息，高于2023财年的1.5仙。

询及派息动力能否持续？马学里解释，对比股价，之前1.5仙和现在2.2仙股息，周息率大约在1.5%左右，而基于公司较低的本益比，收益仍属不错。

“若未来趋势不乐观，或土地价格太高，无法做重要投资时，当然会派发更高的股息，但反之，当我认为投资回报潜力高或价格合理，或者看到市场情绪有上升趋势，也可能减少股息（做其他发展投资）。”

不过，他强调，公司会确保纪律股息，确保股息长期稳定。
