Kai，那是正常的法庭案件程序，反正都是一拖再拖的。这个其实就是给他们机会两个月里面完成PP不然他们申请PP来做什么。只是PP价格也不可能也不应该做那么低的，必须推起来才有机会做，现在就看他们怎么去做而已。

29日（五）举行GM征求通過付給无能主席Mustakin 120多万元的费用和福利金。所以应该有小股东出席去反对这给付吧？
還有也征求通過"更新股份回购授权，以购买不超过公司已发行股份总数百分之十（10%）的股份"。这项是否即将发行的10%PP？

Thanks brother jason.或许公司可买回自家股票拉高股价到PP给出的价位？（一般上，PP给出的价格都是低於市場价約20%左右，它卻高出市场价200%，太奇怪了。所以這表示股价必須拉到0.08以上，PP才有吸引力。当然，PP也许已被特定人士吃下了，也说不定。）

买的话必须要当天就对外申报。公司目前现金流非常少而且需要支付审计费和律师费，所以不可能会回购股票。
