Bhd’s subsidiary Bintai Healthcare Sdn Bhd has received the official Certificate of Conformity in Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) from Medivice Certification Sdn Bhd for its Greenie Medi Cold Chain Box designed for the storage and distribution of Covid-19 vaccine.
Medivice is an approved certification body by the Medical Device Authority (MDA).
In a statement, Bintai Kinden said the GDPMD certification would allow the company to act as local authorised representative, import, storage and handling, distribution (including transportation) and documentation (including traceability) of medical devices warehousing and documentation of medical devices, specifically in hospital hardware and reusable devices.
