The final dividend of 63.0 sen per ordinary share under single-tier system for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 is subject to the shareholders' approval at the Company's 51st Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 25 June 2025.
In order to be entitled for the final dividend of ordinary share, the holders of Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("ICPS") must convert their ICPS and lodge their duly completed and signed Conversion Notices with the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd by 5.00 p.m. on or before 24 June 2025. |
