In accordance with Clause 4.10 (A) of the Company's Constitution, the proposed dividend for Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("ICPS") is subject to the shareholders' approval being obtained for the final dividend of 63.0 sen per ordinary share at the Company's 51st Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 25 June 2025.
In order to be entitled for the final dividend of ICPS, the holders of ICPS must not submit their ICPS Conversion Notices to the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd on or before 24 June 2025. |
