The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 27 February 2025, being the next market day following the entitlement date.
The Share Registrar of UP will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to all entitled shareholders of UP within 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action.
