The Abridged Prospectus together with the notice of provisional allotment and the rights subscription form in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants (collectively, the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of HRC whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of HRC as at 5:00 p.m. on 2 October 2025 ("Entitlement Date") ("Entitled Shareholders") at their registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5:00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. Entitled Shareholders who do not have a registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide their Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers or Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd to effect the change of address by the Entitlement Date.
