The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 9 April 2025, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.
The share registrar of Ge-Shen will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to all the entitled shareholders of Ge-Shen no later than 4 market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
