As announced by the Company on 18 February 2025, the Company has changed its financial year end from 31 March to 30 June ("Change of FYE"). The next set of audited financial statements shall be made up from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2025, covering a period of 15 months and subsequently the financial year shall end on 30 June. The Change of FYE is to enhance resources planning and management, as well as, to provide adequate time for new External Auditors to finalise the audit. |
