Remarks : 
On 23 August 2024, the Directors of the Company declared an interim single-tier dividend of RM1.50 sen per
ordinary share amounting to RM4,500,000 for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. The dividend was
paid on 11 October 2024 to holders of ordinary shares whose names appear in the Records of Depository at
the close of business on 23 September 2024.

Save as disclosed above, there was no dividend that has been declared or recommended for payment by the
Directors of the Company during the financial period under review to date.
